Orders under $50 ship via Ground for a flat rate of $5.
Prince Squash USA offers FREE Standard shipping on orders over $50 and FREE Expedited Delivery delivery on orders over $99.
We ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays of your order processing. Prince Squash USA is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
CARRIER INFORMATION
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
2nd Day Air and Three-Day Delivery orders submitted by 1pm EST will ship the same business day. Ground orders submitted by 4pm EST will ship next business day. We do not offer 2nd Day Air delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii, our standard is Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipments are serviced solely by standard ground Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. No expedited services are available.
BILLING AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank may result in delays to your order. Prince Squash USA is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in 3-5 business days.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please see to our return information page.
INTERNATIONAL BILLING AND SHIPPING
We do not ship to addresses outside of the USA.
You can still use international credit card to ship within the United States.
