We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Merchandise purchased on may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on
  • We do not accept returns from other on-line stores, Amazon, Walmart, eBay or other authorized and un-authorized retailers.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 60 days of purchase. 
  • Returns received after 60 days will not be accepted. 

Original condition is defined as:

  • All tags still attached to product.
  • Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Return shipment must include the original packing slip.
  • Reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount.
Money paid for the items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

1. Use the free pre-printed label included with your order to return your items in their original packaging.
If you did not receive a pre-printed return label, please request a free shipping label from Customer Care by emailing Free return shipping is included when you use the return label.


2. If you choose not to use the label, ship items pre-paid to the address below in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. Both items, used in conjunction with each other to receive the BUY 1, GET 1 Promotion, or Gift with purchase must be returned in the same package to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for returns with only one item.
